2013 BAROSSA VALLEY
The Barossa Valley has been making wine since 1842, with its most famous export being Shiraz. Sitting 56km northeast of Adelaide, the Barossa region has a Mediterranean climate ideal for full-bodied reds. With an altitude of 112-596m, climate varies from warm on the valley floor to cooler at a higher altitude. High sunshine days combined with low humidity and rainfall creates a perfect environment for more robust and full-bodied wines such as Shiraz.
AROMA & PALATE
The jammy palate along with the sweet plum, spice and mild coconut aromas all meld together in harmony as this wine continues to age. It is gifted with great structure and balance.
Beef, kangaroo, rich spiced foods and charred barbecue flavours.
