REGION
At almost 200 years old, the Hunter Valley is often referred to as the birthplace of Australian wine and is most well known for its Semillon, Chardonnay, Verdelho and Shiraz. Located two hours north of Sydney, the Hunter Valley boasts a humid subtropical climate with maritime influences from the Pacific Ocean. This unique climate sets the stage for incredible ageing potential with the warm and humid conditions creating plump and flavourful grapes.
