REGION

Clare Valley is located in 120km north of Adelaide and is made up of five sub regions: Auburn, Sevenhill, Watervale, Polish Hill River and Clare. In its 160 year history, Clare Valley has become most known for its Rieslings. Its moderate continental climate; warm to hot summer days moderated by cooling afternoons and nights, give the vines respite from the heat and allow them to slowly ripen and add complexity.
